Using a variety of industry standard products, we can work with you to create an enclosure to protect your various equipment and products and limit the risk of personnel working around your sensitive equipment. Our custom-made enclosures are often used for display boxes, deflector shields, and small area partitions/dividers. Most often these enclosures are mechanically constructed using rigid cell-cast sheet acrylic, high-grade aluminum angle, and a variety of fasteners.

Fix Broken Glass with Cell Cast Acrylic
Using a product know as Cell Cast Acrylic we can repair a variety of solutions where glass was previously used if it is an appropriate alternative. This material is NOT Polycarbonate. There are many benefits to using cell cast acrylic over other materials. It is strong, rigid, lightweight, impact resistant (often better than glass), highly weather resistant, and has a 92% light transmittance rating. Most often will not lose more than 3% of light transmittance over a 10-year period. The material is readily available.
The broken John Deere tractor windows were repaired using cell cast acrylic. As you can see it looks and performs just like it was when it was new.
Other Custom Products Using Molds
Using a variety of heat formable materials i.e. polycarbonate, ABS, Kydex; custom products can be created using a simple wooden mold. This fairly simple technology can be applied to a variety of fun, hobby and craft situations.
Vacuum Forming Molds
More complex situations can also be addressed. Our process utilizes simple vacuum forming. We do not create injection molding or rotational molding products.
