About Andrew

Andrew Duell founded LARS Development Company in 1997 with one goal: do the work right, treat people fairly, and stand behind what you build. Nearly 30 years later, that hasn’t changed.

Background

Born and raised in northeast Colorado, Andrew has always been the kind of person who figures things out with his hands. His career took him through aircraft interior project management, completions shop management, aircraft mechanics, farming, and insurance before he built LARS into the full-service property contractor it is today.

That background — precision fabrication, project management, working with your hands in demanding environments — gave him a problem-solving instinct that most contractors simply don’t have. When something needs to be custom-built or figured out from scratch, Andrew has seen something like it before.

Outside of work

Andrew is an avid musician who plays piano and bass guitar. He hunts, rides motorcycles, and stays active in his church and community. He and his wife have raised a family in northeast Colorado — kids and grandkids now — and that sense of roots shows in how he runs his business. He takes care of his customers the same way he takes care of his family: with attention, honesty, and follow-through.
